I'm reminded of Led Zeppelin...

...and their song "Sick Again". It seems like every year right before Christmas(whether I am in shape or not), I get a case of the creeping cruds. It's NOT a good thing to get it this year(my body is not ready yet). So, I am lining up the defenses and trying to hold this one at bay. I have to go on the road next week, so this could be a great trip or the one from hell.
